Not only does LBI offer an assortment of towns that I have not seen in other beach areas per se (check out my website to learn more about the different towns that LBI has to offer), beautiful beaches and so many activities for all ages,but during this time of COVID, LBI offers so much more or should I say perhaps we appreciate LBI so much more. Here are three of my personal favorites for “Why Buy on LBI”:
- A Quiet and Calming Workplace. A Quiet Work from Home Atmosphere with plenty of nature for breaks. As I type this I am looking out at the water and realizing how much more I appreciate this view now. Perhaps not everyone shares the same view from their home office, but LBI living most certainly offers you views of the water with just a short walk. These water views can provide a much needed calming effect during these stressful times. If you travel a short distance to either end of the island you will also find plenty of room to explore the land around the lighthouse (North end of the island) or the wilderness refuge (South end of the island).
- Outdoor Activities. LBI is a great place for outdoor activities whether it is biking, surfing, fishing, stand-up paddle boarding (SUP), beach yoga, swimming, kayaking, or running (just to name a few). As we know, it is more important than ever to partake in outdoor activities during this pandemic. LBI offers so many fun outdoor options to keep you from being bored during these COVID times.
- Market Stability. In this unstable time, LBI has proven itself stable. The benefits that LBI offers during these pandemic times are benefits that hold true for LBI during non-pandemic times. LBI offers the above even during non-pandemic times, which is why so many have grown such an affinity for LBI. LBI has so much to offer whether you are looking for your get away retreat, a quiet place to work, paint or read, a place to make memories with your family or even an investment opportunity. LBI has certainly seen a surge in market activity given the pandemic, but LBI had a strong, stable market pre-COVID which we expect to continue for years to come!
