Interest rates seems to be the topic of discussion these days and for good reason. Interest rates are expected to increase 4 to 5 times in 2022. However, some good news for those in the jumbo loan market. If you are in the market for a jumbo loan then you likely will not see an increase in interest rates. What this means for Buyers – if you are looking to buy in the near future you may want to think about doing so sooner rather than later to a.) circumvent the interest rate increases or b.) if you are in the jumbo market you may want to take advantage of the continuing “low” interest rates for jumbo loans.
