As we cruise into April 2022, the real estate inventory on LBI and the surrounding area remains low. On the mainland we see many homes receiving 15 plus offers with most initial offer submissions continuing to a highest and best scenario. It can be hard for Buyers to not get discouraged as many are losing out offer after offer. With interest rates on the rise, this may change the game a bit but I predict that we will not see a major change for some time.
