North Beach is located between Surf City and Harvey Cedars, and is part of Long Beach Township. North Beach is mainly residential but does offer some commercial properties. North Beach tends to be a bit quieter than Surf City as Surf City has more commercial properties than North Beach. North Beach’s lots tend to be 100’ x 100’ and are typically accessed via tracts. The tracts do take up some of the land as they tend to be 20’ wide easements. Thus, it is possible for 100’ x 100’ lots to be something closer to 80’ x 100’ lots for building purposes.
